Our time is valuable, just as your is. From the first day of enrollment with ADS we will discuss the importance of communication. It’s vitally important that your Debt Specialist has an open line of communication with you throughout the process. Unreturned phone calls, lack of motivation, etc. are intolerable and grounds for termination from our “Debt-Relief Program”. Just as you would expect that you would have your phone calls returns promptly, we expect the same.
Most of our clients prefer email communication and we are happy to accommodate. If you have a preferred type of communication please make sure to let us know.
